This Quality Policy was enacted by the management of Manta Tools, s. r. o. and its subsidiaries (“the management”) to comply with the decision to build a certified Quality Management System (“QMS”). This Quality Policy is the basic document that determines the behavior of all company employees.
- Our primary goal is to always make sure all our customers’ needs are satisfied.
- Every employee understands that it is necessary to maintain the high standard of our services and how that influences company prosperity. He or she also knows his or her responsibilities and position in the QMS.
- We focus their efforts on compliance with ISO 9001.
- All changes in the organization and leadership are aimed towards improvement of the QMS and towards higher customer satisfaction.
- A consistent system of tracking the quality of our product(s) and suppliers allows us to pick those suplliers that will help us fully satisfy our customers’ requirements.
- Each employee’s responsible approach and identification with the company’s Quality Policy is key to our success.
- Our QMS is continuously being improved.
- The company’s management is commited to systematic analysis, improvement and allotment of sufficient resources to further improve our QMS.
