What kind of support does MANTA provide during the implementation?
MANTA customers have two primary contacts, a customer success manager and a technical account manager.
A customer success manager (CSM) oversees your implementation from a business perspective. They will meet with you to discuss goals, work to achieve ROI, and help you use MANTA successfully.
A technical account manager (TAM) is available to plan the implementation and guide you through the process of getting started with MANTA.
During the course of the implementation, MANTA also provides standard product support.
If you’re already a MANTA customer, you can request help by logging into your MANTA portal.
