Business Development Representative

Our marketing team will be there for you, bringing in the leads that you will qualify as sales leads. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers through cold calls and email and to assign qualified leads to the correct owners. You will also maintain data quality standards in our assigned CRM system by updating records and merging accounts, thus good organizational skills and an eye for detail are a must. We are always looking for new ways to push our performance to the next level, so we’d like to work with a motivated team player who will enrich the team with creative initiatives. You should be:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, lead generation, prospecting)
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
