MANTA is currently looking for an Account Manager who will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services long-term.
In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying key decision-makers within the targeted leads. You will handle sales activities, which include prospecting, booking appointments, performing demos, and creating proposals. You will also develop a strategic account plan for each of your top accounts.
As an account manager at MANTA, you should be able to grow our current customer base by upselling new platforms and features to existing customers while also managing renewals. You should also be able to generate and chase qualified business opportunities through a variety of channels.
We are continually developing new and exciting products, and we expect you to explain their value to our customers.
A big part of your job will be to engage our existing customers, build trust with them, and help them understand the benefits of MANTA. Cultivating short-, medium-, and long-term prospects to assist and drive the expansion of MANTA is also one of the main responsibilities in this role.
